Nikita Johnson earned his first Indy NXT by Firestone victory Sunday, winning his hometown Grand Prix of St. Petersburg after prevailing in a duel of talented teenagers.

The 19-year-old, who won the 2025 Euroformula Open Championship crown with BVM Racing, joins the Indiana-based team that won the 2022 and 2023 Indy NXT titles.
